AB’s latest style statement for Jhoom barabar

Hi Guys,

I just saw this pic on Rediff (its been posted by someone called Sanat who took the picture). It’s AB’s new look in Jhoom Barabar which is being shot in London.

Nowdays, I dont know what to say about the big B. Is he experimenting with his looks a tad too much? Sexy Sam was still OK. He has a pony tail in the forthcoming movie with Tabu (Cheeni kum). Then u have the new gabbar look. Its great that a phenom like him is getting to experiment with his style but - wat do u guys feel? is it getting to be a bit too much? Look forward to ur views on this…

Huh. Looks like a cross btwn puss-in-boots and Jack Sparrow. But again, AB was always comfortable experimenting with his looks, Saudagar, Kaala Patthar, Mahaan, Babu role in Satte pe satta. In songs: Mere anganien mein; Khaatoon ki khidmat mien salaam apun ka; Lambooji Tingooji; Jahan char yaar mil jaaye; Padosan apni murgi ko rakhna sambhaal; etc. His Shehenshah get up - the light bulb (christmas lights) suit in Yaarana. And recently Boom and Kaante. He is cool and will continue to rule!

yeah it is very colourful and ‘different’.
Though i dnt think it is gay look.
God knows what AB’s fans would do if he played gay in this film ….

may be it is just a sharabi look. The over the top sharabi ????

big B playing a gay character.. now there’s a movie waiting to happen..! or is it already?? i’ve stopped getting a kick out of his movies now, so i’m indifferent to how he wants to experiment with his characters.. to each his own, i say. he’s always been one to speak his mind and act on it far too long for him not to do characters simply bc the junta doesn’t like it. case in point, he saw something in “boom” and played it. junta didn’t like it… flop. ultimately, it’s the junta that decides the fate of the movie anyway, so he may as well live his life to the fullest and essay as wide of a range of characters as he can.. who else can boast of getting such roles at the ripe old age of 65? which reminds me… wasn’t his bday a couple of days ago?? (oct 11th i thought)

If he did not have the white beard then for sure he would have looked like a drag queen. :-”

dont see the movie jhoom barabar jhoom coz u will waste ur money as it is a big bore, amitabh bachan is shameless guy dont know what type of roles he should select he is thinking as if he a young age hero want to rock the bollywood.do some mature roles than doing cheap things he did in jbj, cheeni kum and nishabd.

    It is a shocking film.

But that coat is awesome. Makes the film worthwhile. Go just for the coat, and him dancing to the title song - it is immense.

The rest of the film is poor.
