Aditya Chopra & Rani Mukherjee?
I heard about this a few weeks ago and walked away from the article thinking it was just pure gossip. But another article comes up on this today. Anyone in NY can confirm this?
It’s about Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukherjee. And they are seeing each other. Aditya is married. Rani is not. A slight pique of interest because it involves two of the biggest personalities in Bollywood. And since I’m not too good (or keen) on writing “gossip” here’s what Mid-day reports…
Rani Mukerji and family might go blue in the face denying her link-up with Aditya Chopra, but the fact remains that a certain Chopra junior has been frequenting USA on the pretext of editing Yash Raj Films next production, Tara Rum Pum (starring Saif and Rani). Rumour has it that the visits are very hush-hush, with not even the unit being aware of them.
Says a source from New York, “A couple of weeks ago, Adi dropped in to meet Rani and they spent three days together at the Radisson Hotel in New York.
When the entire unit was shifting from New York to Connecticut, Rani delayed her move, as she wanted to spend time with Adi. It was very secretive and even the hotel management had been specifically warned not to speak about them.”
Adi’s wife, interior designer, Payal Chopra, has apparently shifted out of the Chopra home in Juhu. The source adds, “Adi appears quite happy with Rani, but his parents, Yash and Pamela Chopra disapprove of the affair and are supporting their daughter-in-law completely. They will never allow Adi to marry Rani.”

maybe the upside to this can be rajkumar santoshi coming across this article and casting rani as surpanakha (ravana’s sister) in his forthcoming epic Ramayana :-?

I think the facts are twisted..Payal moved out much earlier and not directly as a consequence of adi’s affair…he has filed for divorce and has agreed go give her a LOT of money..he said in an interview that its a failed marriage for both and they have parted amicably….

Aditya has already divorced Payal and she´s getting a whole bunch of money.
I really don´t know why Rani keeps getting the punches, even if both do have an affair it´s their own business. After all Sridevi did the same and nobody is hating her for that. Nobody is even saying anything about the fact that Kajol snatched Ajay away from his fiancee Karisma.

I work at the Radisson in New York on 48th and Lex and indeed I saw both of them together hand in hand walking around. RANI IS EXTREMELY PLAIN and HIGHLY UNATTRACTIVE. SHE IS SUPER SHORT. Adi looks like a clown in person. These two are idiots..
FRANKLY THEY DESERVE EACH OTHER…………..RANI IS DOING ALL HIS MOVIES AND SLEEPING WITH HIM OPENLY IN SPITE OF HIM NOT DIVORCED YET.
THANK GOD ABHI OPENED HIS EYES AND MOVED AWAY FROM HER WHEN HE REALIZED HOW CHEAP HER INTENSIONS WERE.

Hey Guys!Plz appreciate the fact that Rani (whatever she looks like )is the most successful actress and she has really worked very hard fr what she is today.She has not wasted her life all these years & no foul gossips about her.She is a very sensible & caring person, looks after her family very well & success has not spoiled her simplicity. Adi is definitely a matured & sensible person & not a Mamaz boy . He knows pretty well that a beautiful face is not the only thing in life…….But a b’tiful heart is all that matters. Was wondering why all this talk about Rani-Aditya all off a sudden…then landed on Times Of India…Apparently they are running a piece on their engagement….hmm
It does not matter whether someone is tall or short.. it does not matter whether someone is beautiful or a plain jane.. personally I find Rani very attractive.. just because someone does not fit into society’s ‘mold of beauty’ does not mean they are not beautiful, it simply means we, as individuals have lost the capacity to think with our own minds and we rely on others (via magazines, tv and other medium) to tell us what to think, how to be. Quite sad.
I think Rani is a good actress and Adi is a good business man. I have enjoyed watching their movies.
I hope they are happy and all the people involved in their lives, past and present are also happy.
I hope Rani continues to make movies.. cause she is a damn fine actress. I hope Adi never makes a move like Neal ‘N Nikki ever again.

Im die hard fan of Rani. I think Rani could have got better person than Aditya but it was in her destiny.

okay…I don’t know about all of you…but I know for a fact a person that breaks a home is never a good person. I also know that Rani isn’t successful because she is a good actress it is because she is fucking the director, if I was a director I would never hire her after seeing her work in several movies.
