Certainly a surprise for me.Its turned out to be better than what I thought. The ending is very silly but otherwise a fun watch. Not too many characters to confuse unnecessarily & its Sanjay Mishra who’s the pick of the lot.

Quite good … Don’t read the reviews … Rohit Setty is establishing a style of his own. .. after a long time a clean comedy … suited to family viewing.
The expectations are set right from the beginning .. leave ur brains .. and there is no bypassing that rule … Loved it .. recommended … DHAMAAL style

just go watch this one guys….its decent…. neat.. and surprisingly very humourous… something I never thought can happen today…. its got not minute like ‘dolly dolly’ or john matthew.. but wow.. this one is a lot more hilarious than a lot of coemdy flicks in recent past… brilliant… this one deserves a 4 star just for the reach that the movie has… not for any technical aspects or excellant stories or kinds…

Looks like this movie could be the dark horse of the Diwali releases, MAMK from what i heard is turning out to be a flop, and remains to be seen how Blue sustains.
loading...
for sm reason this was my bet even when the line of movies were announced… to me it was ATB then MAMK and then BLUE… for all reasons when somebody keeps harping about “costliest movie costliest movie costliest moive”.. and not a word on whats happening, it leaves an obscene picture of vulgar display of money, which more or less affects the business…
)

yeh money earned, but apart frm that K3G never did good for anybody I guess… rather point forward SRK KJ FK have all been under the critisism for nything under the sun … Kareena had to face flak, AB Kajol almost walked away from the movie once released while HR had to wait till KMG… it happens with all the superhyped movies… some earn shit load of money but thats the end for all of em..
—–
Blue… when you know that you have an ocean load of money invested, they SHOULD KNOW that first week audience is not good enough for a hit… maybe not even recovery …. you have to have a great script and movie line, which can draw audience even in the following weeks, be it ppl who get reviews (professional like the papers or just a Word of Mouth) and come or people who would repeat a watch …. at some point why would somebody come to watch a movie only cuz smbdy invested moneyinto it… you gotto have something.. even while marketing…
——
MAMK .. bad marketing for all the folks who cud see only Salman and Kareena pictures everywhere to know that Salman is actually in London Dreams, and by mistake used to walk into the studios of MAMK… ur half cheated (and I was half relieved… the movie was better off without him
——
Comes to All The Best … no pretence… no unnecessary gimmicks… simple ‘we have a comdedy movie with decent stars come watch’ … and you walk in to get the same which gets better within next 140 minutes…. this one will go a longer way is my bet, picking up from the 3rd or 4th week … (if it does can somebody hire me at a cinemas… i read interviews where cinema theatre owners had placed their bets on BLUE, MAMK and then ATB…

Another comey of errors and mistaken identities. Overall quite a fun movie and good watch. Clean comedy? Not quite. There were hidden overtones here and there. Some cringeworthy moments, but itna chalta hai…just chill.

somewhere David Dhawan has redefined the word ‘comedy’, with loud music, loud acting, too many confusions, the hero continuously making a fool out of other characters (koi bhi ho, heroine ka baap, ya saccha secretary or his own wife…) and some raunchy music tones… not to say that they are not enjoyable… but somehow All The Best had freshness to the core… it was wierdly different… nothing too great, but maybe just the fact that it was so much away from the regular David Dhawan-Rumy Jaffery-Anees Bazmai sections…. it reminded me of Hera Pheri feel.. where in you walked in to see nothing in particular but certain moments can create splits (most memorable being sanjay dutt suddenly pulling AD into his room) …. HILARIOUS!

Not great, not in the league of Rohit’s own Golmaal, but best of the diwali season.Rohit Seems to hit a formula, with lavish opening sequences and songs, bollywood references and Car chase sequences

Great dialouges with loads of pun and accurate comic timing from all, specially from Sunjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan, makes this movie a treat !

I can imagine the excited planning room discussions:
Hyper guy: I got a great script for a comedy!
Accountant: Put it at the bottom of that pile. We’ll get to it by 2030.
Hyper guy: BUT THIS ONE IS INTELLIGENT!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, it references other Hindi movies.
[Whole boardroom faints]
Lost a star because Shetty doesn’t know how to handle his women: both of them have proven their mettle before, but look like idiots in this movie. Real pity.
Additional note: one of the senti parts actually toushed me.

Comedy good in spurts, if you can get by the first hour. GO if you really have got nothing else to do…..

saw it today..was pleasantly surprised…good comedy in recent times…certainly found it better than Golmaal Returns

One thing that kept running through my mind while watching All The Best today was…Rohit Shetty seems to have the sensibitlities of an action director(he did start with Zameen) though he has been making comedies…the way he sort of forces stunts and action(i think he has blowing-up-cars fetish) even in his comedies..I think he should have made Blue…same script…same cast…Rohit could have done a better job

All The Best restores faith in the human race & demonstrates that nothing is impossible – not even making a good film with Fardeen Khan in it. Sanju baba, Johny Lever & most importantly Sanjay Joshi (Shuklaji of Office Office) rock.
Mindless fun ..and yes, inspiring too!
If I cant split stars, I’ll round it off upwards.

Sanjay Mishra and Johnny Lever were the real stars of this one.

Atrocious! Those who gave this movie more than 3 stars, need a dialysis immediately

Or maybe you just need to be pointed out to that reaction to cinema is subjective, and any slamming/praising should be done with some reason.
