Better Diwali Gift than This for Cinema Fanatcis?

This had taken a tab bit longer to come than i had wished for. Passionforcinema was created with the objective of bringing in all the cinema lovers on one common platform to discuss about… you guessed it right.. Cinema. In roughly 2 months from its inception it has grown to an unprecedented heights, and now it is also in news (Oz has posted about it already on ). I sometimes pinch myself real hard and still am in disbelief that this is for real… we have so many great authors here, so many movie fanatics and a lot many movie-maniacs (Sorry karthik for borrowing this word from you).

PFC was in news yesterday.. PFC was mentioned in this Mid-day article. Courtesy you… courtesy everybody who writes, reads, comments, ogles on PFC. Thank you very much for taking us to the height we have reached within such short time of its inception. Believe me this is just the beginning… Aage Aage dekhiye hota hain kya. I would like to specially thank Anurag Kashyap for going LIVE on PFC. I would thank, Mid-day for bringing PFC to light and for bringing it out in open for so many other cine-lovers, who always wished there was a common platform for them to discuss cinema, thanks to all the authors for penning what they have been thinking of for such a long time, thank you to the great PFC inner circle with whose insights this might not have been possible, thanks to all the commentators on PFC who come here just to read the post and end venting their love( is that a word?), Thank you everyone associated with PFC

Thanks a fucking ton to Oz… Thank you so much Oz bhai… without you we wouldn’t have been the way we are today, thank you for encouraging all of us here to bring our love for movie, thank you for bringing in esteemed authors on this site, thank you for making a few careers… Boss!! Thank you soooooooo much…. Ok now i might cry.

Guys keep up the work that you all have been doing and go 1000 notches up too. Once again thanks a lot to Anurag… Yaar.. All the very best for your future endevours.

Let me say this, at the risk of sounding saffron brigade-ish “PFC is like Ayodhya”!

In that great city is populated by exuberant yet virtuous people, the scholars are erudite and exhaustively learned ones, the commons are content with their own riches, there exists no greed, and every being on that land is honest and advocates truthfulness.

I so much missed the last two-three days fanaticism in here.. shit.. Sometime work sucks, and it doesnt help when you loose internet connection in your home. I just cant imagine the high y’all were going through in those days.. wow.. so many ideas for the flashback, wow so many ideas for the villian( I seriously think there is no on else left in the industry), wow the pace at which everyone was writing.. damn damn damn….

@Striker.. Wow Coming to LA… dude.. we will be waiting with Sharab, Shabab and Philmein. Know what we all shud attend IFFLA together.. kya mast idea hain bhua?

@WB sorry bhai.. it was a bouncer…but i am sure, there was some good in it..

  10. sumeet on October 20th, 2006 2:47 pm

@Hg You dont have to worry about what you write untill it is not a “Hate” Post/comments on others writing here, shudnt be offending others in any way.. just pure discussions.. discussions can go to any length as long as they are within the confined boundaries of love for cinema.

You are doing a great job… Keep up the good work and try to go zillion notches up.
