yeah it was a great documentary…
i saw it in the theatre over HUM TUM simply because of my fixation with Lagaan and was simply bowled over by it.
Gives quite an inside view..
Remember there’s a scene where Aamir lifts a small local girl and she starts crying to which Aamir replies
“Arre itni moti moti heroinoh ko uthaya hai aur tu darr rahi hai”
lolz….
satyajit bhatkal did a very good job…
superb docu jahan..it really was moving, touching..painful and more..to see what AK Hangal saab, Ashu, and the captain of th team went thru physically and one of the unit members getting married to the process of making it..awesome..
Not to forget our very own Ajay Brahmatraj of PFC was associated with it..and damn huuuge kudos to Apoorva Lakhia..the 1st AD for pulling this seemingly impossible task
