Great trailer. I hope this movie releases in USA this time. It is quite frustrating to wait for the DVD (or the “life-saving” pirates) in order to watch Dev D.
I am also hopeful that Anurag realizes that there is a very large audience in the USA (outside of NY)that loves to watch Hindi movies and this is a money-making proposition for any distributor as well.

i am not sure if this film will get a worldwide release. but if you want to see this film in america or uk or australia or europe, then email Amit Dhanuka VP Distribution of Zee Limelight. Get your friends to email him as well. More email he gets then there are more chances of film getting an international release.
BTW Taran Adarsh ahs given Billu 3.5 stars. what a moron! i can already see hsi review for Gulaal with 1 star and proclaiming it as No Smoking III.

Gulaal with release on March 13, should have released its music by now!!!!

Gulaal’s OST is believed to be awesome(those bits in the trailer hint that too.), Release it soon!
Gulaal is not getting the attention it deserves, may be Anurag and others are now tired after the hectic work in Dev.D. :(

saw the trailer of Gulaal not here, but on friday, 6th feb in citypride, kothrud, pune where i hd gone to watch Dev D. watched Dev D again in Inox the next day, hoping to catch up the Gulaal trailer once agn, but alas… tht was not to be…

Anyone who looks at this please tell someone responsible that on the site indiafm someone has put out the whole story of “Gulaal” in the Movie Previews Section. Its in so much detail that it will take away the freshness that a movie should have. PLEASE DO SOMETHING about this SPOILER…I dont think its right to put out the whole plot of the movie before it releases without even giving a warning.
Parthenon, its not IndiaFm’s fault, because they have just copy and pasted what ZeeMotionPictures published on their website. If IndiaFm published original materials, then you could have had complaints about them. But it is all about copy & paste philosophy at Indiafm without linking the original source. :-D

In today,s mumbai mirror article titled Imposter,
Gulaal poster is acussed to lift from poster of USA tv series The Shield.
I was trying to give post the link but it is not allowing.Anyways both the poster looks alamaringly similar.
Please clear your stand on this.
they have a point.. you can see the similarity.. but i can’t help it.. it was designed by studio link and i didn’t know it was a copy.. by the time the similarity was pointed out right here on PFC it was already out.. and that is the best poster of the film.. can’t go back

By the way i still remember when black friday was released, you said in an interview with sreenivas jain ,that you were not concerned with video piracy but more with intellctual piracy.

I had a say in the matter before it was finalised.. and i approved it.. not knowing the similarity.. after it came out you can’t go back because of the costs involved and me not being the big money filmmaker.. it is a low budget film.. apologies is alll i can offer

Certainly you are not big money maker, but you are one of the finest filmakers indian cinema has seen.Your first movie which still has not released has already a huge fan following.You could make one more movie without even first seeing light of the day.That certainly show how big film maker are you.
I have been a big fan of AK whether its BF, Hanuman returns, No smoking or DevD.
Gulal makes no exception. I fell in love with the movie . Amazingly crafted with strong screen play
I bought the audio CD of Gulal Immediately after watching the movie but it was a disappointment that one of the best song : SARFAROSHI KI TAMANNA AB HUMARE DIL main hai.
If anyone has the song??? As collection is incomplete without that song
