PFC Meetup Mumbai June 2008
It’s been a treat. The most stressful year and the most difficult, this one, yet it’s taking PFC to new heights. Many new enthusiasts, fresh blood with burning desire to do something, new ideas, new directions, paths and greater challenges.
24 hours is now quite less to get our daily stuff executed on time. With 5 editors, 2 admins and many gracious volunteers, who’s volume keeps increasing every passing day, PFC is now run as a full fledged firm, by volunteers, and people who put in time to work on PFC. From design innovative content, to marketing, to sending to meet investors in boardrooms, to introducing new talent on PFC, to meeting software engineers and developers, nothing can be more exciting and invigorating than this!.
And a shameless announcement.
If you would like to invest in PFC be it finance, or your skill sets and definitely if you are software engineer with a bent in open source technology, I would like to hear from you. We’d officially decided it long ago but planned to announce it on our third birthday, we’ll offer investors and software engineers stake in PFC, based on what you can offer in terms of finance and your skills. There are many plans and goals set, and many many exciting projects that will blow you away. My goal now focuses on handshaking technology with entertainment, to bring out innovative ideas and experiments that would make it easy and effortless to achieve your dreams in the field of cinema and entertainment.
Well what the hell, this has become a speech.

We were gonna do a project called PFC Pitcher, and authors, as usual, jumped into create videos to promote PFCPitcher by shooting small ads for themselves… here’s a few they made, and Vasan deftly post-produced it

that guy was my roommate now working hard to survive in Chicago because he’s working for one of the software firms that screwed many and declared it was going down under.
Happy Birthday PFC! It has been an awesome journey so far. I started following PFC after I read about Anurag’s blog on No Smoking. I think it was Dec 2006 or Jan 2007. More than two and a half years now.
So many memories, the best being the Dallas PFC meetup with Om bhai.

Reminds me .. just wanted to share, this PFC is so much into the head now, that was trying to enrol into Formula Fitness Club, which also known as FFC, and the entire time I kept referring to it as PFC.. till the guy decided that I need a mental makeover than the physical one….

Also a PFC rehab centre is required to take care of the withdrawal symptoms for people like me. PFC is banned at work a week back

superb job….i’ve been following PFC since i read in a chat transcript on rediff while AK was promoting black friday that he had a blog…that was jan or feb 2007…and still following it even more closely…i hav lost interest in my studies and my family is goin mad at me…they feel i’m being brain-washed by PFC…long live PFC…
