… you might wanna participate in this Shoot Out, a 24 hours film festival. No it’s not about watching movies for 24 hours (you wish) or watching 24 movies – it’s about making a movie in 24 hours.

What’s Involved:
… You have 24 hours to make a short film\video happen. Film must run 7 minutes or LESS, including titles and credits. Editing must be done in camera. See definition of in-camera editing. You must use 5 of the 11 possible mandatory locations or props. One of the items must be in the first 30 seconds. And, if your masterpiece ends up being one of the Top 10, it will be screened in the event the next day.

Why is this unique:
… It is callled [sic] fast filmmaking. Involves the whole community in the creation of art and in the excitement of filmmaking. All the filmmakers get a chance to show their work publicly …
