VOLUNTEER CALL
The 2007 Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) Announces a Call for Volunteers
Greetings! IFFLA 2007 is looking for volunteers to help with all aspects of preparation and on site organization leading up to and during this year’s festival, which runs April 17-22 at ArcLight Hollywood, an elegant, state-of-the-art facility at Sunset and Vine in Hollywood. This year’s Festival promises to be an eclectic and exciting event that includes approximately 40 features, shorts and documentaries, Bollywood By Night screenings, a Tribute to an acclaimed Indian actress, Family Focus, informative workshops, and a bevy of networking opportunities.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to experience first hand how a film festival comes together and to interact with a diverse group of filmmakers whose films will be featured. Plus there will be opportunities to see some great films for free!
For more information about volunteering, please read our Volunteer Guidelines. You will also need to download the Volunteer Application and email or fax it to us or bring it with you at one of the Volunteer Orientations.
We will be having 2 orientation meetings for all the volunteers which will give you an opportunity to meet the staff and get a quick run down of each department.
