Movies to watch when stoned!

Now these are some of the films I loved watching stoned when I used to do that. Now this is not what you would call stoner movies. Like Cheech & Chong or Harold & Kumar type of movies about stoners. Its just a random list of films I have loved while under the influence of Marijuana. Some movies are here because they were visually stunning, some are here because of the style of filmmaking, some are here because they are funny, some are here because they are mindfucks, some are here because they were conceptually groundbreaking at that time.
I would love for everyone to make their own list & post it in the comments section.

Trainspotting - This has to be in anybodies list of stoner movies. Its a masterpiece in my opinion just as a piece of art. Who can forget that trip of Renton where is is a few feet below the ground & … takes him to the hospital with the music of PERFECT DAY by Lou reed in the background. Or the start… I love every frame of this movie. I had read the script 10 times before i got my hand on the DVD. And it not only matched my expectations, it was even better than anything i could expected it to be. very few films manage it. I have read the book & I like the film better. How many films can claim that?

Requiem for a dream- It is to me the most mindfuck depressing drug movie i have seen so far. It depressed the hell out of me. But it was a brilliantly made film.

The Big Lebowski - This one is here because I think its the best stoner movie ever made. Lebowski is one of the best characters on screen ever. I have a T Shirt about it too. The only film related T Shirt I have.

Slacker - This was a movie that impressed me for its sheer balls to be the kind of movie it was. It was the most perfect representation of that generation. the characters & the style was so much in harmony. t! will probably hate me for including this movie here. But I could not believe I was watching a movie like this. I could not believe someone made a film like this. One of the bravest films written I think. Richard Linklater became one of my fav filmmakers of his generation. He has not dissapointed once since then. Thats a impressive achievement.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas- Who can not enjoy this trip when stoned? Its one crazy trip after another.

2001 A Space Odyssey
- Do I even have to talk about why this movie is a must watch, esp when high?

MATRIX - Duh!

Pulp Fiction- This one is for sheer originality & mindfuck. Now everyone knows about it. But back in the day watching Pulp Fiction for the firt time in a dark theatre under the influence of some good weed was a unforgetable experience in life. It almost changed my life for sure.

Run Lola Run
- this movie falls in 2 categories - Conceptually amazing in its time & visually great. It was MTV style of filmmaking at its best. Animation, heart thumping electronic music. I was in love with LOLA.

American Beauty - You must be what is this movie doing here? Well it happens to be a movie close to my heart. Trust me on it, everytime you watch this movie Conrad Hall’s stunning cinematography blows you. Every frame of this film can be made into a poster. And the story is so universal.

Some other movies that deserve mention would be -

Apocalypse Now
- the attack sequence with classical music is worth in gold.

Wayne’s World - Bohemian Rapsody

The Beach - First half & esp just for the scene when they see the Beach for the 1st time with MOBY’s Porcelein playing in the soundtrack. That song has been my fav since that day.

Waking Life - Watch it.

Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi

Lock Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels.

Most of Kevin Smith movies.

Sin City
- I had quit smoking up by the time it was released but I’m sure its a must watch for people who are smoking now.

I can’t remember anything else right now but i’m sure i have missed some great ones. So please do go ahead & contribute to this REEFER MADNESS list.

    great list…
The Wall ofcourse…. Live atPompeii is one of the most mindblowing music films i have seen stoned…many times… i did not include them as they are music documentary kinda films.
    Fight Club is great.

    Taxi Driver…
You r the dope guru man….
    koyaanisqatsi,naqoyqatsi,powaqqatsi….
all great films… have u tried watching them with other kind of music?
we used to watch them with Pink Floyd & Indian Classical music… try it… its awesome.

dude u neva see “requiem…” while on a trip mate.

    NEVA!:)

try harry potter, the azkaban one.
amazing 3d effects (big time emphasis on 3d) :d

  12. Mainak on May 9th, 2007 8:17 pm

    Dpac…
I know what you mean about Requiem… But its so depressive… its almost like a sadistic pleasure…Its such a well made film… remember the shot where they play some music & grove so perfectly on the best. They pause with the music…I could never forget that part. Anybody who has done hardcore shitcan totally relate to that.

I don’t watch Harry Potter films. Its a principle. You’ll hate me for it… as i have noticed you are into CGI & Effects & know a lot about it..maybe thats what you do…but i personally am not a fan of that…

Losr of the Rings is something I can reccomend to watch while on substance.

    cheers

mainak // looking at the title, i thought it was om who wrote the post until i saw your name. nope. i wasn’t stoned. that said, the closest that i ever got to being stoned was when i had lots (i mean LOTS) of bhang and then took one puff of the gaddie (fellow hyderabadis know what i mean) from a friend. they played khalnayak on the local cable channel - siti tv - that arvo. and i swear, swear to god, i have watched the whole movie in english. aayi shappat. trust me on this. in my mind i was translating every dialog, each line in every song, to english and was watching it real time - the lip sync… man!! it was amazing - it was freaking awesome!!!

having been down that road once - i guess the following movies, my top five, should be a good watch when you’re stoned or something like that.

    - irreversible
    - dark city
    - finding nemo
    - kafka
    - clockwork orange

    guys what about BABEL???
dont u think dis film should b added in this list..!!:-?

  23. Anantha on May 10th, 2007 3:05 am

Wow! mAINAK thats a cool list dude. %%-

Run Lola run, Pulp Fiction, MAtrix,The Wall ,and Live at Pompeii for me are the clear winners.

The Beach and American Beauty come close.

The best part i like about these movies is how they relate to life and the simplicity of the dialouges but yet so powerful. I really like the one in American Beauty where Kevin Spacey is about to kiss his wife and she talks about the couch. That to me is the best part about these movies. Even Matrix

    I haven’t watched Trainspotting though.

Some other movies i would recommend are:

    1. Blow
    2. Sadma (Kamal Hassan)
    3. Anbe Shivam (Tamil - Kamal Hassan)

Well actually its these three actors that i would recommend anyone to watch their movies irrespective of ur state.
    1. Kamal Hassan
    2. Tom Hanks
    3. Leonardo Dicaprio

But if you really wanna let go there nothing like being back at home after a long day when ur stoned and u sit with TOM & JERRY.

    – Cheers!

  30. Tony Mera Naam on May 10th, 2007 8:34 am

LOL… since most of the Hollywood films have been covered, try these Hindi films:

    Andaaz Apna Apna
    Coolie No.1
    Angoor
    Naya Din Nayi Raat
    Golmal
    Namak Halaal
Jaani Dushman (the original… that will FREAK you out man…)
    Lakhon Ki Baat
    Chashme Badoor

On a side note, we smuggled a 40 of Vodka into the theatre and polished it off amongst 2 1/2 of us (3rd guy wasn’t really drinking) during… Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham! It was the FUNNIEST movie to watch hammered! Mind you, the other ppl in the theatre didn’t think so…

  31. Tony Mera Naam on May 10th, 2007 8:36 am

Oh, and I forgot to mention Kishore Kumar’s “Half Ticket”… the scene where Kishore takes the kid into the bathroom and comes out wearing his clothes is hilarious!

JJ: LOL @ Caligula… and Ashoka? Seriously? LOL.. I can picture that…

  32. Mainak on May 10th, 2007 8:51 am

    Justin John….
    You watch Caligula while stoned?
That beats everything on anybodies list. lol…
How did I forget to mention Natural Born Killers. The CELL is also a trip.
Remember the DMT trip in Hey Ram?

Tushar agree with you on FEAR & LOATHING :)
You have some crazy movies in your list… I mean AMERICAN SPLENDOR?
Naanch I can understand. It seemed like that movie was made just to experiment with sound & some other stuff. But SARKAR? I mean who can watch melodramatic shit after getting stoned? I can watch Govinda or other really stupid movies & laugh my ass off…its fun. But not Sarkar… mainly because they take themselve too seriously & really believe they are making good films…

    Saahil
GO & SPUN are 2 must films i missed in my list alongwith NBK.

  33. Mainak on May 10th, 2007 8:54 am

Tony …thats a great story about KKKG… I can totally relate to that.
Andaz Apna Apna, CHaashme Baddoor , Golmal & Jaane Bhi DO yaroon are probably the funniest Hindi films ever…
I bet the whole crew of Jane Bhi Do Yagroon was smoking up while making that movie. It is too crazy….

  34. taxydriver on May 10th, 2007 8:59 am

wb, hey man. PFC is becoming less interesting day by day…and of-course I always complain!

maniak, guru is overstatement and I am not modest. your love for movies is infectious.

    and coming to the point..

I dont agree with lot of movies mentioned here because the
‘green’ movies must have a specific quality complementing the emotions produced grass.
Plot is out of question….but if it is so complex to the point that its ridiculous then it is again a green candidate. The movies you like are not the same as the movies you will like on weed.

On the other hand, I have a special place in heart for the Alcohol movies. These are the movies which I love when I am sober.Alcohol doubles the emotions. For example, when robert altman died, I was devastated. For any person who spends majority of his/her life in a dark room, going to libraries, obscure shops to find the repeat of the perfect movie experience, his death was a huge blow.
I was shocked but didnt cry or anything..but wanted to. The same night, I drank my cheap bottle of vodka and put my tape of Mccabe and Mrsmiller. Leonard cohens song ’sisters of mercy’ began and along with rolled my tears and if we are in perfect unison. The dope dealer is dead and we have to move on.and I did.

One of the biggest disappointments for me was when M&M was sold out at IFC.
I asked the manager to let me sit on the steps, and of-course he refused.
I was desperate because that could be the last theatrical show of that movie.

The other kind of experience which I can say better than sex is the Mushroom experience. The best experience of my life is watching ‘2001: A space odyssey’
on mushrooms. I thought I was dead and went to a place where kubrick is god and nothing moves without his command and design. a perfect example for intelligent designer fanatics.

  35. Mainak on May 10th, 2007 9:17 am

    Taxi Driver!
DO you live in LA? You mentioned IFC.
I can totally see the 2001 + mushrooms experience.
I have always done mushrooms out in the nature(Kodaikanal). I prefer to be outdoors with nature when doing psychedelics. For all my love of movies i dunno if i will watch movies on shrooms.
BTW do u know anyone in LA?

And you have to buy this book
EASY RIDER RAGING BULL How the Sex-Drugs-and-Rock ‘N’ Roll Generation Saved Hollywood
    by Peter Biskind.
Its the story of 70’s Hollywood. Altman is one of the characters too & there is a whole chapter on Mccabe and Mrsmiller.

I also notice everyone is including THE DOORS in their list. I love that movie but I don’t think its that great. Just because its about Morrison doesnt mean it is a stoner movie. I’m a huge fan. I have been to the appt where he lived in Venice Beach. But i just dont see that film as that trippy.

    Ohh wow…i am late here….

Awesome collection by everyone…but i think most here are getting confused…there are movies which are magnificent when high or not…and then their are movies which are magnificent only when high…my list:

    Friday Series by Ice Cube…

    Super Troopers

    Harrold and Kumar

    Soul Plane in FF mode

    Momento( this is awesome anytime)

    Sarkar

Ashes and Snow ( this is hypnotic..watch it when on 2CE)

    Devdas

Europe tour of Lamb of God

    Slipknot music videos

    Anathema music videos

    Katie music videos

    Danny bonaduce TV series

    That 70’s show TV series

    My collection of Porn

    Lesbian porn

  41. jai on May 10th, 2007 2:28 pm

    OM:-
    :(
i watched some of the last two in ur list

  42. Tony Mera Naam on May 10th, 2007 3:10 pm

    OM: LOL @ Lesbian Porn… :d/:d/

Super Troopers is hilarious (esp while “influenced”)

Momento is a trip by itself… speaking of which, have you ever watched the “sequenced” version? Not as tripped out as the original, but still a helluva film… we tried watching Momento drunk (this is after we had all seen the both versions over the past 2 back to back weekends) and we were all just totally confused! It was fun!

I dunno about Devdas though… I remember watching the old Bimal Roy Devdas will drunk to the point of depression (hence the choice of film…) and the next day I promised myself I’ll never do anything like that again…

Mainak, ya I agree those are the funniest movies ever! But you forgot Angoor… that movie just rocks! :)>-

  43. Tony Mera Naam on May 10th, 2007 3:16 pm

Mainak, yeah K3G was good while drunk. You said you can relate… whats ur story?

We were silly… whenever we’d go watch movies we knew we may not fully enjoy sober, we’d get hammered and watch them… “Aar Ya Paar” was another one..

Vijay, thats a solid list too… U-turn rocked.. Kung-Fu Hustle was fun too… The Jackass movies I hated, guys pooing in home depot toilets doesn’t make me laugh… I just find it disgusting… but I’m a conservative biatch like that… [-(

  44. manan katohora on May 10th, 2007 4:27 pm

best stoner movie for a comedy fan -

Guys, Say no drugs. Even smoking and consumption is dangerous for health and future. It is not cool.

There a some writers I know who will not write a sentence till they a get a peg. It is very irritating to work with them. There is one director I know who debuted with a beautiful film with a superstar. But after that movie nobody wanted to be involved with his film b’cos of his bad habits. He is now just a one film wonder.

I have seen some unsuccessful actors attending parties without even being invited. They just want to be there for the free drinks.

Drugs are not cool. Boring message na…

Late to the conversation, and almost all of my favourites have already been covered. So, only two to add to the list right now:

    Pi

Bad Boy Bubby (you MUST have a kick-ass speaker system to get the full effect)

Mainak, you mentioned almost all of Kevin Smith’s movies, but there has to be a special call-out to Dogma…

  51. ravptor on May 10th, 2007 9:38 pm

    K, am late here too…

Boondock Saints - This is a special one!

    Rounders,
    Snatch,
PI - Stoned, this will drive u to literally slit open ur brain.
    RFD, Trainspotting - By Default,
    City of God(Cidade Deus)
    Fight Club,
    Momento

    Woddy Allen collection too…

Mainak bhai - Grt post! Where did u disappear after day 1 at IFFLA??? Need to connect again.

  52. NaV on May 10th, 2007 10:41 pm

new around here, quite a film freak, tho hardly get time these days.

most films have already been mentioned but my favourite films (stoned/ unstoned) :

    Trainspotting - THE film ever
NBK - Same as above. Infact this is my fav film ever.

Go - did anyone mention this? Kamon!

Pulp Fiction - THE film again from THE master!
(btw I was looking for the Grindhouse thread - no search button - i’ve been pretty off the net and reading up lately, so Grindhouse caught me by surprise and I loved the Tarantino segment - fuckin whim film making at his genius best - basically course material for film students - haha - love the no cgi this is the shit kiddos he did - GEE O DEE!)
(Damn all films mainak mentioned for strange reasons ;)Except the Big Lebowski )

Ah loads more, will post when I remember.

Yeah, I agree Requiem NOT TO BE SEEN on a trip - definitely not on an upper. Same case with that brilliant flick Spun - never make the mistake of seeing it on an upper - it’ll drive u nuts!

    More later!
    Hey everyone!

  53. NaV on May 10th, 2007 10:50 pm

err, just skimmed thru the thread - there are too many of my favs listed I missed - Fight Club (one of my fav films, books and soundtracks EVER!), Snatch, Lock Stock, all the Oliver Stones till Any Given Sunday (he was my god till he lost it), jaane bhi do yaron (my fav indian film ever!), angoor, all the tarantinos, From Dusk Till Dawn, lots more soon! Ah, I love the yank stoner films too - Harold n Kumar is pure gold of course - nothing touches it by miles, but I enjoyed a lot more of those - Van Vilder, and some more campus stoner flicks - but then some hyped ones were real clunkers! I even liked Van Wilder 2 - yeah kill me! Loose direction, script everything, but goddammit they were all rookies - our man shines thru and holds it right up there!

  54. satish on May 10th, 2007 11:19 pm

    Nobody mentioned TOM & JERRY
I think thats the default stoner thing to do….
I can watch TOM & JERRY all day if i am stoned….

  55. RK on May 11th, 2007 12:57 am

Mainak: what abt becoming high after or during watching a film, I mean by the film’s impact. That can be a real intoxication! being teetotaler I dont understand real meaning of what you are quoating. but I can imagine if its related with watching the films under the impact of alcohol or any kind of drug then films like Holi Smoke, Illusionist and 9th Gate should appeal more.

On the track of Justin: films have their own doping effect so whats the need of any liquid solid or gaseous intoxicating agent :)

On a very serius note, if alcohol was not with Ritwik Ghatak then he could have created more and better films and then Satyajit Ray was not needed to say at international forum “But he is an alcoholic, you know”.

Alcohol and drugs have been problems with artists and its said that KL Saigal used to drink whole black label bottle before singing any song. He used to call it “Kali Ganga”. He though after drinking he gets real touch in his voice.
Naushad asked and forced him to sing a song for him without drinking. Initially Saigal was hesitant but Naushad pursueded him and song was immensely hit.:d

“Save the creativity by saying no to alcohol and drugs” should be motto of artists!
But I think discussion has been turned in other direction[-(

    virgin suicides(Sofia ford coppola)

    The fountain(darren Aronofsky)

  58. striker on May 11th, 2007 3:43 am

now i’m no stoner, but just watched 976-EVIL last night… and goddamn!!!! you don’t really need to be stoned to find this a trippy movie.. i’m surprised no 80s cheezy (or otherwise) horror flicks have been mentioned here, as i’m sure people would enjoy them while under the influence! so here’s my list..

    the exorcist
    the omen
    EVIL DEAD (all three parts)
    976-EVIL
    the descent (fucking brilliant)
    vertigo
    dawn of the dead
    SAW 1,2,3
…and honestly my own movie, skeleton key… you really better be on some kinda drugs while watching this to enjoy it fully..

  61. Mainak on May 11th, 2007 9:13 am

    RK
Sorry to differ with you again. I don’t think Illusionist is a great film. Prestige was much more fun towatch. I’m a big Ed Norton fan & was sadly dissapointed with that film. I hated the look of the film also. I saw Holy Smoke years ago & did not like it that much. Found it a bit pretentious. Maybe if I watch it again I will like it. I will give it a try.

RK every great movie gives me a high. It can be all sorts of feeling. It can make me feel happy, depressed. This article is not to promote getting high. I even mentioned that I myself don’t smoke anymore. Its just a fun list as most film lovers or music lovers have at some point experienced art under the influence of weed. I said most…not all…. Its something we do in college & then move on to become white collar slaves….

One movie that really moved me was SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION.

  62. Mainak on May 11th, 2007 9:20 am

I saw American Psycho again yesterday. Man that can be a good addition to the list. It is such a cool movie. It has to be one of the best movies about yuppie lifestyle. The business card scene is a classic.

  63. t! on May 11th, 2007 10:32 am

    Mainak,

Didn’t respond to your comment about Slacker, but how can you watch that when high and not fall asleep!!!!

I respect the film a lot. It was groundbreaking at the time it came out, and both it and Sex, Lies and Videotape are the two films that are probably the most responsible for the resurgence of independent cinema in the US in the 90s.

But, damn, Slacker puts me to sleep every time I see it…

  64. Mainak on May 11th, 2007 12:26 pm

Its a very cool book. You must get it.

25th Hour (a spike lee joint! haha!)

    some more..cant remember now.

i wish i could see this when baked –

    Matrix
    Spirited Away
    Trainspotting
    Harold & Kumar
    Sin City

…many more.. its a different experience after all!

    Help!
    Head (Monkees film)

  68. RK on May 14th, 2007 8:54 am

Mainak: I perhaps got confused with title of your post. Thats why I wrote that these few films may work when one is under intoxication.
u r right, illusionist and Holi smoke are not great films.
9th Gate I liked and loved every bit of The Shawshank Redemption.:)

  69. t! on May 14th, 2007 10:46 am

  77. Mainak on May 25th, 2007 9:43 am

Yeah SG Waking life was made for dope. Though it needs more than one viewing. IRREVERSIBLE was added by WB already. It an awesome freaking movie. I wonder how i would react to the opening sequence in “RECTUM” if I was stoned :)

btw Mainak where are you from? havent tried drugs, but all friends have good to say about shrooms experience.

  79. Mainak on May 25th, 2007 11:35 am

I’m from Gauhati, Assam. I’m from Amdavad, Gujrat. I’m from Bangalore,Karnataka.

I haven’t seen Tideland yet. Any Terry Gilliam movie can be in that list. Esp FEAR & LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS.

Shrooms is a experience that I feel every human being must have before they die. I wish I could give it to my parents. One day I will.
Where do you live? If you are in South India you can drive down to Kodaikanal. All those spiritual cliche’s about psychedelics is true. Trust me, it will open your mind. The reason its not that popular is because people who are control freaks cannot handle it & have bad trip. They cannot handle the truth. There is a term called the ACID TEST. If you have a good trip when doing for the 1st time, You have passed the test. Means you are a good human being with a good soul.
I know all this sounds like crap to most people. But this is what I have experienced. And as Buddha says what you experience is the most important truth. Its better than knowledge from 1000 books.

  80. Amit Singh on May 25th, 2007 3:43 pm

@Mainak- R u reffering to ken kessey`s ACID TEST or some urban legend. Bcos the actual or may be the popular meaning of ACID TEST comes from the Ken Kesey and his beatnik friends who referred ACID TEST to the often nightlong LSD experience while Greatful Dead used to play for them live . He was part of government drug research program , he wrote abt his drug induced experiences for government researchers.Later he reffered this to ACID TEST.They used to call themselves “Merry Pranksters” and advertise in form of posters as “Can you pass the acid test”. The coterie included- ken kesey,Ginsberg,Neal Cassady ,Timothy Leary ,Jack Kerouac and many more beat generation artists.Merry Pranksters was the the force which led to the smooth transition from beat to hippie genration.

  81. Mainak on May 25th, 2007 4:23 pm

    Amit Singh

I’m not referring to the Acid Tests as reffered to by Tom Wolfe in his book “The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test”. I’m yet to read that book(been on my list for years along with “Turn on, tune in, drop out” by Leary). But since psychedelics(thanks to coke & Meth) is dead in America where i’m for past couple of years I’ve lost interest in the subject. But I totally agree with Leary on his ‘Turn on, tune in, drop out’ philosophy. Thats how me & my friends experienced LSD & Mushrooms.

We coined the term Acid Test after the Chemical Brothers song THE TEST. That song was one of our fav while coming down from a trip.

Some people had very bad trips & some had life changing experiences. It was easy to notice why those people had bad trips. They could not let go of their control. Fear of the unknown was too much for them. Plus their oversize Egos & skewed perspective of life didnt help either.
So in our terms they failed the acid test. they did not have a clean soul. They certainly could not look at themselves in the mirror(one of my fav things to do). But thanks for reminding me of Leary. I’m gonna try to read The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test asap.

  89. Stanislav on December 15th, 2007 3:29 pm

that’s not a good list, you’ve listed a lot of crap movies first of all and they’re not really stoner. I’m a big fan of Rfad but when I watched it stoned it didn’t seem that good. Really it’s only the soundtrack that makes it look so superb. now a hint from me - best movies to watch stoned are commedies, no doubt. ;] and also movies with violence or grotesque - these things usually make me laugh when im stoned, I guess im just sick :)

  90. Mainak on December 15th, 2007 5:12 pm

You are sick my friend! :)
It all really depends from person to person as far as stoner films goes. I’m not a big fan of comedies while stoned. I enjoy visual films with great soundtrack. And dark satires.

i own these two movies and watch them all the time when stoned. When i was younger i thought being stoned meant, when someone got lynched by a mob with stones, and never understood why people talked about it with such pleasure. I thought they were all really twisted.

    Was I ever so naive….

yeah I was wondering what is ‘American Beauty’ doing in this list. weird choice but not weirder than ‘Being Cyrus’ and ‘Sadma’! And why didn’t you include ‘Fight Club’ and ‘A clockwork Orange’?

Anything by Kubrick, Tarantino or with Edward Norton or De Niro in it :)

    Should watch Trainspotting again asap!

Fight Club should have been on my list. I’ve seen it numerous times, all stoned. I remember the 1st time I got this really bad pirated VCD. I was so stoned I couldnt hear any of the dialogues & had to return it back to the store.

Clockwork Orange is interesting. I prefer Kubrick’s other films. BTW last month I was at the Hotel THE SHINING is based in. Its in Oregon.

No De Niro for me. Only early De Niro. He is unbearable now.

Beware when u watch Pink flamingos. it is an affront to good taste and decency. Like watching a crocodile eat ur annoying neighbor’s baby. It will leave a bad taste in ur mouth, but i’ll be damned if u can get urself to stop watching it.

harold & kumar…sometimes you can’t explain or understand why u like something. it has always left me in splits.

I havent read all of these comments (only about 30 - give or take) so someone else may have said these and i havent seen, but this is a small list of films to watch when your stoned. for me, it would be all about the comedy.

    Dumb and dumber
    40 year old virgin
    superbad
    knocked up
    jackass
    dirty sanchez
    bringing down the house
    employee of the month
    Hot Rod

not in any real particular order and i’ve missed a whole load (i really think i could give you a top 50 of comedies) but each to their own. as long as your happy watching and happy smoking then it’s all good.

i would like to congratulate you for attempting to provide a list, however for me, there are no films mentioned here which i havent seen that i’d really care to.

of course for those who like more variety (maybe my downfall), 10 out of 10.:)>-
