Sorry I am unable to do so because it has been lying with me in my memory in its essence only. Tagore did not write in Hindi but in Bengali.
If you are very much interested, Please search in his poetic work and you may find the original one and a better and close to accurate translation also. Its far far better poem than I have quoted here. You will love it.

You are quite right about Boskyana naming but Gulzar saab is the man of words, so the nameplate at his residence reads it as (??????-???) Bosky-aana..So there is another layer as expected…
