PFC Sponsors DAM Fest
PassionForCinema is a sponsor of this year’s DAM 09 Digitall Movement event.
The Digitall Movement is a celebration of the digital medium, and this year’s event will showcase digital films, photography and art, as well as host speakers such as Madhur Bhandarkar (”Fashion”), Luke Kenny (digital film maker, musician, ex Channel V VJ), Kunal Roy Kapoor (Director, “The President is Coming”), among others.

PFC is sponsoring the On the spot Mobile film contest event at DAM. Participants in the ON the spot Mobile film contest will make a film using only their mobile phones. Editing will also ideally be done on their mobile phones. Once the films are made on the phone they can be uploaded on a computer for final viewing and judging. The winning film will be posted on PassionForCinema. We plan to sponsor other events; we will announce upcoming news and details over the next few days!
DAM is still accepting film, photography and art submissions. You can visit the DAM 09 site at http://www.thedamfest.com/index.htm for submission information, and information on how to attend the events. All events are held at the Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication campus in Pune, and will be held from February 1 through February 3, 2009.

What is monochromatic?(B&W/Grey scale?)
Since I don’t sketch/paint, I am gonna have to go the digital way.
I am a little confused though. But I guess I can play with some ideas, like those toy pics, then some edited pictures in an abstract collection(that could go for Bliss), and so on…
What are you gonna do? Any plans as yet, and no film?
