Thanks Dabba… I may have come a long way since PFCOne but I know I still have a much longer way to go. Could you suggest me a few festivals where thriller is the favoured genre? Thanks once again!

Looks really interesting Gajendra. Would love to see it.

I have a small suggestion though. You seem to be loosing details in the highlights especially in the ELS of the car. Have you done CC on the trailer or the film ? Going online would really make it look a lot more slicker.

  19. Gajendra S Shrotriya on April 20th, 2008 11:58 pm

Mithun… Thanks for the comments. I understand the loss of details. Though CC has been done in the teaser, film has a slightly better look. My Cinematogrpaher couldn’t avoid crushing, specially in the car shots, but its okay… In my given low budget, I couldn’t have asked for more. In my next feature, I would plan more budget for production and post. This time my focus was rather more on story telling.

find a festival that suits you. try and send it to atleast 2-3 top festivals depending on your confidence in your film, then work your way down.

    good luck.

Well, you must have a lot of friends for such glowing review/comments :)

sorry to be blunt - the trailer is bland - there is no hook in the trailer. There is nothing here that would make me watch it for 35mins.

Maybe your film is well scripted and well done - but that doesnt show in the trailer. At least post a scene with dialog. A character claiming he didnt do it- or a character accusing the other - some drama… here u have just used text exposision to tell ur story, nothing wrong with that - but the scenes u have chosen create no interest.

And the last shot with the car driving on the highway? why is it even there?!
