Guess what I am going to be doing in the evening today..am jamming up with Rahman, and maybe me and Piyush Mishra mite just get to exercise our vocal chords on rythm. Am I nervous? Ha ha ha…Am sure it is going to be great fun. This is for Kaizad Gustad’s Bombil and Beatrice, in which Rahman has done the background score for. If at all anybody needs more information on this, you could visit the website or else if you just want to check out the trailers, then YouTube zindabad..

I am slightly low these days since Bhumika got married.. Kya kya sapne dekhe the maine uske akele mein? Ab tho main bhi Yoga seekh ke hi rahoonga, shit, I did not know that , that was the thing that could make me lose out on some good things in life..Anyway, wishing them both a good and fantastic and lovely life together. Jai Bharat.

Three cheers to Tannishtha Chatterjee for her nomination in BrickLane. Hope she makes her country and friends and all her boyfriends abroad happy. Cheers girl, just go and get it, aur kya boloon main. Am sure her experience working with some good people in Shadows of Time really helped her.. ha ha ha ..

Have recently signed a new feature called Mujhe Ramuji se Milna Hai. Well, and that is the story of the film also. Great music, hope the film also gets done nicely by the end. The creatives are still on, which is the scary part.

My first schedule of Summer of 2007, a film produced by Atul Pandey and directed by Sohail Tatari also went without a hitch and it was great driving to Panchgani and back for the shoot, oh that reminds me , have I collected my cheque from there? Oooops !!

Was great fun doing a small cameo for Ketan Mehta in his Rang Rasiya/Colours of Passion..He is still the same. I have assisted him for some time in my life, it was great to have him assist me this time. Cool part it was, and I made friends with Randeep who took good care of me.. After finishing the shoot travelled to Trivandrum to Canannore by train which was just fantastic. I was seeing Kerala like that for the first time, and really got tired of the beauty of it.

I would like to continue with this kind of informational insights into my life, but Rahman ki yaad sata rahi hai, tho I would rather chill with my guitar for a while, I mite just come up with something to charge him up too, rite?, Otherwise what is the point ???!!!!

Prroshant - nice insights… great to see u back in action… and hoping to see you on big screen ASAP (as a fan.. that’s always some kick)

And and and hope u get to sing for rehman too. I have heard u sing in some promo of Chall where u sang a bit of Dil jhanjane le … (who can forget the groovy lines - Maut ka ek din ….)

Nice to hear about Tannishta…very nice girl…very simple and warm.

By the way, if you want to score with any of the heroines, you better become that yoga instructor…even Tulip Joshi is hitched to some fitness guy…You know, more opportunities when all your senses are calm and relaxed!! haha!! By the way, the title of your article reminded me of one movie called….”Andheri Raat Mein Diya Tere Haath Mein” - so bahut baaki hain….ensooy!!

i would have loved to be in the US for Via Darjeeling, but i reaLly dont have that kind of time then, in fact i was supposed to come in there for Bombil and Beatrice’s premiere also, but unfortunately that is not hapnin.

But you never know, if at all i am coming in , i would surely let you know.

The guy who directed Farz, is Sohail Tatari and I am rite now working with him in his first film called Summer of 2007. Good fun, most of the Farz team is in it.

The way you’ve yielded to numerologists, it betrays the fact that you only like to sound intellectual, not perform. Right? This is a blog for cinema, and I know that. And so, let me make a point: cinema is not just about intelligence(all the guys here think they have) it’s about depth too.

Prashant Babu, read your books. Read the “VEDAS” before you and the guys here point fingers at Karan Johars. No… no… no am not absolving Karan of the crime called Sunita Menon…please don’t misunderstand me. But before ‘churning your grey cells’ against him, fill your brains with some real knowledge. And if you or anyone of the guys here wish to have deliberations on what depth is, I’m open. Atleast you all will learn something from it and give great shape to cinema. This excludes Sudhir Mishra. Hi Gyan, I agree with the fact that a whole lot of people require help, including you in a big way, whoever you are..
I am an actor since the past 17 years and i have been doing different things always, and i dont think i have yielded to anybody apart from my dog.
To change my spelling was an act of impulsiveness and I would think of it as a simple personal decision, which one has done with no other pressures in mind about poverty, glamour or anything. It was just because I can..Think you have got on a different plane(chette) with me, and I dont think you with all your “knowledge” have any clue about me.
I would rather that you commment on my work and not go on a tangent about something that you dont like, like numerology for instance..Please keep your personal angsts, and lets talk sense..
There are lots of interesting releases happening this year and I am lookng forward to all of them, so do wish me luck and less of your Gyan..Thanks..Take some care and lots of Disprin..

I know you quite a bit, as an actor as well a human being. You may not know that I’d been engaing in rows for you. There was a time when every asshole, who swarm Prithvi Theatre, pronounced Maugham erroneously, except you. I immediately surmised that you were different. Those were my initial days in Mumbai. Ever since you’d been augmenting my respect for you. It hurts to find people like you succumbing to soothsayers.
Chalo… if it was an impulsive decision, it makes me the happiest person around.

A personal decision, individual right is welcome. All the same, people whose actions and attitude have exemplary potential should marshal themselves religiously. Or, why have traffic police on the roads?

Hi Manu, with the wonderful marketing strategies involved in Chhal, think only some family members got to see it, which is so disappointing. In fact I asked a friend of mine to get it for me from America, can you imagine. Dont understand film makers who make movies without any concept of how to really project it.
The only way is if you could ask somebody to get it for you from there, or else I have a copy which i could loan. There are so many people who would like to see the film that i would actually want to get into piracy of it. Let me know if you would want to go to jail along with me..Cheers !!

Why have you stopped writing? Aapke puraane articles padhte rehte hain, they are good fun :). But it would be great if you wrote more… about your future work, your music, whatever…
Aapka email milne ke baad, I checked out the trailers. Par maine aaj hi notice kiya ke the movie ‘Bombil and Beatrice’ also has Piyush Mishra. Kya mast actor hain woh! Really love his work. When is the movie releasing? And when is ‘Mr.Singh/Mrs.Mehta releasing’? ‘Via Darjeeling’ is being written about… that is a good thing! It will be great to see you and Kay Kay Menon together again :).
