P.S. — Never atteneded a film fest …. ever.
Ballad of a soldier is certainly a great WW2 movie from the erstwhile soviet union. But, two notable omissions are The cranes are flying, and another one, Ivan’s childhood, a Tarkovsky classic.
There is no booking for this festival and its free of cast. Timing of movies is 6:30 pm and it is based on first come first. So its better that who ever is interested should be there at 6:00 pm.
