Breaking news! Sanjay Dutt found guilty
Just heard the news on Television. Sanjay Dutt found guilty.
The news channels claim that Sanjay has been only found guilty in case of possession of fire-arms and acquittted on the serious charges of supporting Terrorism or been part of it. Its a much relieved judgement for the admireres of Sanjay Dutt ,which is bailable, with maximum imprisonment of 3 years. His lawyer would be appealing for the bail today.

he has already served 18 months so i’m assuming he will serve 18 months more.

His sentence would be carried out later. He might not even have to go to prison.
I am sure Sanjay Dutt must be excited and relieved by the judgement. But again CBI can challeng in the Supreme court.
i think he may get away with a bail … he’s not declared as a terrorist. Now that sunil dutt is no more, I wonder how tough getting bail might be.
Sanju baba must be releived because he is exonrated from the charge of accompanying the terrorists or traitors. He has to face to now charge of keeping the restricted arms for which license cant be issued and destroying the arms.
Perhaps he will be fined heavily – a new begining in the history of Indian judiciary
Sanjay Dutt should be acquitted because he has already spent 2 years in jail and secondly he has repented for his act.
Allow Sanjay Dutt to live a peaceful life :(
I’d love for someone to compile the whole sanjay dutt story here on PFC. I think he’s got too much stigma attached to him from what look like youthful indiscretions (at least from this side of the ocean). What’s the deal? I know its not exactly film related, but it looks like Sanjay baba is gonna be the fatty arbuckle of bollywood.
