And it’s a wrap… but we have a few surprises… (besides announcing the winners) that will get you punching your next creative thoughts on your keyboard…

I’ll keep this short.

I would like to mention a few people here without whom this festival would have been absolutely impossible. Please do clap your desks as a token of appreciation for these wonderful wonderful people who worked days and nights until wee hours of the morning for absolutely no money but for the pure love for PFC. And if you have a project or a job for which you need some hardworking, creative and highly motivated people… your search ends here. Just click on the contact form and let us know.

The list has to begin with…

PFCOne 2007 : Day Four

Day Four. The last day for showing movies received in this year’s festival. The fourth day was planned as a day off initially, where we would do some short movie premiere or something of that sort. But with a 124 movies, there was no way we could take a break. With around 31 movies shown each day for four days, we hope you’ve had a rocking time and it has been a learning experience for many of the students of cinema.

Tomorrow we move in to announce the winners of the PFCOne 2007 Festival…

Until then enjoy the movies published on this fourth day of the festival…!

An estimated total of over 200 hours went into the making of this festival.
More than 400 telephone calls, about half of them between the USA to India.
over 450 emails.
More than 20 leading publications in India supported this endeavour by putting PFCOne in their pages including two (or was it three?) television channels.
About 60 Gigs of hard drive was burnt up and about a dozen hosting firms’ heads were eaten up by us in trying to find the best possible solution for serving these videos in the limited budgets we had.

And in the end we have …

PFCOne 2007: Day One

Welcome to the first PFCOne Film Festival for one minute movies. This is day one of the festival and we present to you the first batch of movies. We made it! - the participants for taking up the challenge to make the movie, you for strongly supporting the festival and we for making it in the nick of time (you have no idea what happened behind the closed doors 12 hours ago :) ).

It was nice to see the fun the participants have had in making these movies. The utter joy of making these films off their mobile phone camera, their videocams, handicams and whatever cams they could get their hands on (some very professional cameras too!) - to get the movie they had inside them out for the world to see.

It’s now your time to see these wonderful creations, like them, dislike them, criticize them… but do take …
