…tender thread

Dear friends,

I had intended my next post to be Bhram –An Illusion(2)..But once again life has proven that to imagine we are controllers of a designated plan, is an illusion by itself.

To say that I have not been disturbed by the events of the past few days would be hypocritical. I was pulled into a situation not of my making. It is not my place to question, delve, presume motives or assign causes. What is in my control is to view it as yet another milestone in my journey, where I have to live by the adage’Experience should make man better, not bitter”…I have to consider it an event destined to occur , but which too, shall pass.

On my part, I have only praise for what I have read of Anurag’s articles here and I think we all know his caliber as a writer from the films he has written. I am sure his Directorial work will be in the same tradition. I wish him all the best.

When I began blogging it was on an uncharted path but somewhere beyond my imagination and expectation there came a few hundred souls who took it on themselves to ease me of my pain ..its difficult to express what I have felt reading the comments, posts, links and mails.( I have read each and every one in detail) The only sum conclusion that seems to make sense is that what brought us close, defying geographical boundaries, was a single tender thread, that of a passion for cinema and compassion for all cinephiles.

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and urge that we carry on in our respective fields..we, Anurag, Suparn me, and all those fated to be on this space in the future, making films dreams are made of and you filling us with the warmth of your encouragement and support.

Dogs may bark, but the caravan moves on. Or movies on :) Lots to do - yapping dogs should not distract. It’s harder to do than to comment, so go for it and I look forward to hearing more from you! Thanks for continuing to blog!

Glad that all our comments could ease your pain :) Once again I say “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind”

Pavan, If I may modify Abe Licoln’s famous word

“PFC is by cinelover, of cinelovers and for cinelovers”

One of us gets hurt means all of us get hurt.
This has given us one more oppurtunity to add a good deed to our day.

    Hi Pawan,

Could you please also put the pictures of shoot with the himalyan landscape in the background. It would be amazing to watch them!
People on PFC seem to love visuals!
Your shots would be breathtaking for sure!

I think this whole thing is as painful as swallowing a porcupine… but I am positive that the effing fluffy who chose to flash his ignorant mutton head to us is bone afraid now.

All the world’s a sage - age makes buddhas of us all.

I am glad that you have decided to continue to share your experiences with us, Pavan! Thank you!!! Eagerly looking forward to reading your Bhram - 2.

    Creativity Cleanses!!!
    whether thru words or pictures
and its the best way to pour ur emotions and share it wid others, no matter even if they are strangers.

Sometimes these phases in life helps one demystify a lot of layers of human mind and actions, paving way for another story to be unfold.

Looking forward for ur film to release. have heard the club mix song of ur film and its quite catchy.

All the best to you and your team, Mr.Pawan.
