The first ever official PFC Meetup
It’s impromptu… It’s crazy… It’s never gonna make sense… It’s always a roller coaster ride. And hence for the first time, those private, secret PFC author meets are being blown open to all of you.
The first PFC Meetup for all readers (yes all and that includes you Oh Shy One) is on
June 15th 5pm at Mumbai.
Venue: Juhu Mocha ( map )
That’s the place where some of the PFC Authors frequent to catch up on what each one is doing. Ooopsss… sorry I’ve let the secret hideout of the Mumbai authors… but they won’t mind.
And I’m jealous of the place. Juhu Mocha looks a swell place to meet and chat cinema over a few drinks (tea, coffee or anything else).
Step by Step Guide to arriving at the Meetup:
1. Walk into Juhu Mocha on June 15th, 5pm. You can come in earlier and have a few to soothe your nerves.
2. Ask the reception for the PFC Meetup or Fatema (who is graciously coordinating this)
3. Share your cinema passions, views dreams with Fatema, Phoenixnu, Kartik ( get him a drink on my behalf please! ), Manjeet, Sourav, Medium ( congratulate him on … he’ll tell you the occasion ) and others who will land in if Mumbai showers allow them to.
4. Have fun, ask questions, get answers, share your experiences, your motivations, your drives… and don’t get too drunk.

yeah Juhu Mocha is a gr8 place. I think every Sunday they show great movies there.
When did Mocha start serving booze apart from breezers ?

A part of Juhu mocha is been converted into some restaurant..thats the inner parts..just passed by it yesterday..but i guess rest of the areas should be operational.
Can we have something like this for cinephiles of bangalore….?

as the resident author in NY, It may be my reponsibility (duty even) to organize some such thing. Striker, our other east coast author lives in DC and comes to NYC often. perhaps, a late summer MeetUp.

We can have a meet on the 29′th of June(a sunday). I’m out of town this weekend other wise we could have coincided our meet with NY and Sydney. But never mind, Better late than never! Cliched!
We can have it somewhere in C.P, Time say 5 p.m.
Maybe you can think of an alternate venue.
