Jealousy ,envy, intense rivarly, magical… The ending. The story, the twists and turns….A film not to be missed….Tx Jahaan…
Fuckin amazing
I got mixed up with this film and ‘The Illusionist’ as they were advertised around the same time.
I love Ed Norton!
Hugh Jackman? Not so much!
So upon release, I went to the movies, got a ticket for this (thinking it was the Edward film) and sat there waiting (the film had just begun) for Mr Norton.
Obviously he didn’t turn up. But, i’m glad I made that mistake!
Fantastic film!
Deserves repeat viewing!
And Hugh Jackman found himself a fan :-)
Still haven’t seen ‘Illusionist’
@ Steve LOL..but i think illusionist hit the screens before The prestige but i saw the films in the reverse orders..illusionist was no where close..although ed norton and Paul giammati were good.
prestige is miles ahead of Illusionist ….its one of the most gripping screenplays ever….the only common part between these two films is “magic” …..and prestige has much much more than “magic”
