We got to see the trailer of Watchmen during the Dark Knight show last weekend. The Dark Knight by the way has set a new box office record of earning over a 155 million dollars over the weekend. Yeah. The trailer sounds very interesting. Interestingly, I’d just started reading the book. The Watchmen is considered to be graphic novel more than a comic because of the various themes it deals with. In fact it is considered a serious piece of literature.
Btw. I also found it interesting that the Smashing Pumpkin’s ‘The Beginning is the end is the Beginning’ track is part of the soundtrack/trailer, because a faster version of the same song was used in Batman and Robin.
